The sale, itself, went okay, but once I purchased the vehicle, customer service seemed to disappear. When I contacted them, they told me I would have to take it to the Ford dealership and pay to have it enabled. I also discovered hoses underneath the hood that didn’t seem to connect anywhere. They asked me to bring it in, but each time I showed up, there was an excuse for why they wouldn’t address the issue. To make matters even worse, I requested my paperwork by email over 24 hours ago and still have yet to receive it. More
