I was there for a recall which was completed well. They also examined other areas of the car with recommendations. I elected to do two of them. She worked extremely hard and she deserved this promotion. I would follow her to Honda, however I am not sure if I can take a Toyota to Honda for service. Heck I would drive to Alaska if I had to. No matter how crazy or chaotic it was in the service area she never showed stress. She always had that smile of hers on at all times. I have my Toyota service today and honestly not looking forward to it. I know it will be ok but not great. It will not be great because she will not be there to greet me with that smile.
