Dealership has a lot of positive reviews? Our experience was not good from the minute we arrived. Drove from NE all the way to Fargo, ND with my wife to buy her what we thought would be a really nice used J was not good from the minute we arrived. Drove from NE all the way to Fargo, ND with my wife to buy her what we thought would be a really nice used Jeep GC Summit. Looked nice in the pictures. Indicated how far away we were located (7 hr drive, 1 way) and that we had a bad experience driving this far to look at a car previously. Was reassured by the salesman multiple times via text and email about how nice the Jeep GC Summit was and that everything was in good working order. Even told him how picky both my wife and I are about vehicles and was told there would be no surprises. When we got there, they couldn't find or salesman, even though we had spoken and exchanged texts multiple times on the drive there. The Jeep was EXTREMELY beat up and abused both inside and out. The Carfax had indicated a minor accident, but it had to be more severe than minor. As you walked around the vehicle, multiple body panels and pieces were not lined up correctly, the fender flares were coming loose in a couple places, the center console had a stain/damage on the leather, that looked as though it had been scrubbed and could not be removed and had multiple chips and scrapes on the hard plastics. The gauge cluster plastic was splintered, which from our perspective would indicate perhaps an airbag deployment, which would again indicate the accident was NOT minor. The driver's door panel was literally glued on where there should have been bolts and bolt covers. Several of the bolt on front engine components (i.e. water pump, etc.) along with the cooling fan assembly appeared to be brand new, again indicating the front end damage was far more severe than we were led to believe prior to driving 7 hrs to look at it. When we inquired with the salesman, he said they had steam cleaned the engine, so parts looked shiny and new. I know the difference between brand new and recently cleaned. These parts were NEW. Not sure if they thought we were stupid or wouldn't notice these things or what? As a former salesman myself, I could never in good conscience sell a vehicle in this condition to anyone. That's not who I was as a salesman and is still not who I am today. I'm extremely disappointed that we drove that far and honestly, my wife is just flat out pissed off, which, let me tell you... made the 7 hr ride home very pleasant. I would run from this dealership as fast as you can. We did. They asked what they could do to earn our business. Well... be honest to people, especially those that are 7 hrs away. Offer them a tank of gas or a hot meal or $100 for their time and trouble, since they wasted an entire day of their life, 4 tanks of fuel and 3 meals on the road to drive a total of 14 hrs and look at a vehicle that is a total mess. Very disappointed. Will NEVER do business with this dealership and will recommend to everyone we know and see to NEVER do business with them either. Buyer beware!!! More

Terrible service....went in for oil change. Asked about a fun sound with my starter...was told I needed a new starter for $900.
