I think they could have at least vacuumed my car or cleaned my windows inside and out for the $1300. I paid them for 4 new tires. I have boughten 3 vehicle's from Corwin Honda. The first two vehicle's I bought I still have to this day and work great. I just bought a chevy ******* back in May of this year from Corwin Honda. When I test drove the vehicle the TPS light was on. I had asked the salesman if we can get that fixed before I buy the vehicle. He asked me to drive it for a little awhile and if the TPS light is still on bring it back and we can get that fixed for you. So I drove that vehicle for a little with the TPS light still on. I brought it back into Corwin Honda to get the TPS fixed. The salesman eventually called me after the inspection and said "all four TPS need to be replaced, if it was 1 we could fix that for you but since it is all 4 TPS we are not required to fix that.(unless I pay for it)" Basically Corwin Honda wouldn't replace all 4 TPS when the salesman agreed to fix them before I bought the vehicle. I have tried to call multiple times to talk to the service manger/sales manager. No response. The salesman was great to work with, was very patient and willing to work with me, until he went back on his word and told me that they wont replace the TPS and wanted to charge me. More
