Ando was great and we love the pilot. His brother was very nice as well. Noticed moisture in drivers side headlight the other day so will be calling to get that fixed. The car they sold me was dirty which I found disrespectful when buying a new car. I asked to have the dealership logos removed and they didn’t remove them before I left after I asked twice. Also disrespectful when buying a new car. I asked to have the dealership logos removed and they didn’t remove them before I left after I asked twice. Also they forgot to take the license plates off my car I traded in so they had to be mailed. Lastly, the car I purchased was in an accident which is fine. Kai stated the damage was “only cosmetic”. Now it seems to be having suspension issues as well as the doors aren’t closing properly which makes me suspect frame issues which isn’t “cosmetic”. Now I have to take it into Chrysler and hope it’s covered under bumper to bumper warranty. Overall, not a good or professional experience by Corwin Honda. More
