Awesome service, my shield under the engine was hitting pavement at the front of shield due to screws coming out. I brought my card in to see what was making the flapping sound as I drove, and the service pavement at the front of shield due to screws coming out. I brought my card in to see what was making the flapping sound as I drove, and the service check-in representative quickly figured it out and got me in to the service bay right away. The engine shield was secured and when I asked for the bill, there was no charge. The service representative was great! Thank you! More
