The dealership is good. Honda company, change isn't always good. The new hrv is almost the same as the old crv. When you buy an hrv you want a smaller version of the crv. They falsified documents on a vehicle stating the vehicle was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignor was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignored or falsified. Those issues were “fixed” two months later, and failed again. They refused to correct the mistakes. They have lost my business and everyone I know will know about this experience. More
