Ismeta was very down-to-earth and not an aggressive salesperson at all when it came down to making decisions. Despite being relatively new to her current job, Ismeta was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that all of our questions were answered to the fullest extent, and if she didn’t know the answer then she found someone who did that we could talk to. She represented the dealership well, and was able to find us some great options for vehicles despite the extreme unpredictability of today’s used car market. Don’t take you vehicle here for service unless you have a lot of time to waste..they insist you make an appointment yet don’t honor it…tried twice to get a simple oil change, made an online appointment, arri lot of time to waste..they insist you make an appointment yet don’t honor it…tried twice to get a simple oil change, made an online appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and both times was told it would be at least an hour wait and then it would take about an hour to change the oil.
