I was there for three hours waiting for my battery test after which I was told I needed a new one at a cost of $242.34 with labor, etc. I also was told at the last minute that my check tire light was stil after which I was told I needed a new one at a cost of $242.34 with labor, etc. I also was told at the last minute that my check tire light was still on and that was being fixed, but on the way home I saw that it was still on. I suppose I'm going to have to bring my car back in to get that turned off? More

I called over the weekend and was told that I could bring the car in anytime between 7am-2pm for walk-up service. When I arrived Monday morning, I was told at receiving that they were not sure that they had walk in hours that day and wanted to know who told me to bring my vehicle in. (I did not know the name of the person that I talked to and I'm not sure they gave me their name.) They took my vehicle information anyways and sent me to the check-in desk. The person there was also unsure about walk-ins. They checked me in anyways. It turned out the issue was minor and I waited maybe 30 minutes for it to be resolved. It would have been nice if everyone was clearer on walk-ins so that I was not anxious about whether or not my car could be looked at on the only day I had time to deal with it or whether I needed to figure out another plan. More

I worked with Joseph Garcia and had an amazing experience I am and out of state buyer and he was very transparent about everything and very responsive! Sales Specialist, Alfredo Rodriguez was the first face we saw when we walked through the door and he was very welcoming and friendly. He was very understanding that budget, as in, a low monthly payment, was a big priority for us, and though was willing to show us things that were in stock but out of our price range, suggested we go onto the lot and look for cars recently detailed and either just listed or not listed yet. We talked a lot about the different features comparatively between full size pickups and mid duty, and to everyone’s surprise found an unlisted/recently listed Mid-2000 Model V8 Tundra. The truck was in really nice shape and looked way out of our budget. When we checked the sticker price we were pleasantly surprised, but it did have a lot of miles, which we were hesitant of. After looking around some more and not really finding anything, we kept coming back to the Tundra. Alfredo suggested we take it for a drive. Really, liking the look and features, and after a short ride, we were interested. We really didn’t want a full size pickup, but the Tundra handled and felt just like driving our Rav4. The truck itself was a bit intimidating in size, but the idea of the Crew-Max cab was very appealing to us. After inspecting the engine and spending a lot of time discussing, and one more highway test drive, we decided to see what kind of deal Alfredo, his mangers and the finance team could come up with. Alfredo went over the Carfax with us thoroughly while we waited and gave us all the details he could provide about history, long-term vehicle maintenance, etc. Long story short, between haggling for the payment that best fit our budget, and working with a really great Toyota finance rep. John-David Herbert (who also deserves 5 stars), for being a very friendly and knowledgeable person to work with (and he even found us a limited 2 year power-train warranty when the managers explicitly told us they could not warranty the vehicle), it was an over all great experience and we hope to have many adventures in our new used truck. More
