I wish there was more continuity, and agents reviewed my file. I was told i needed new tires this visit, and asked the agent to look back 12 months and i had gotten new tires (with a 40,000 warrenty) from file. I was told i needed new tires this visit, and asked the agent to look back 12 months and i had gotten new tires (with a 40,000 warrenty) from Corwin 11 months and 11,000 miles ago, & had the tires checked and rotated 5 months ago. I feel the service would be better if when they told me i needed something, they would look back and tell me when and if i had that thing done. This is a 2015 Prius that has always been serviced at the Toyota dealership, but it seems hard to tap into the service history here at Corwin. More

I can not Sabrina enough for allowing us to get into a Grand Highlander. After having horrible experiences with dealers here in our home state, we made the 5 hour drive after she was able to get us what w Grand Highlander. After having horrible experiences with dealers here in our home state, we made the 5 hour drive after she was able to get us what we said we would pay/credit for trade in. She was always informative, kind, and up front about everything in our month long dealings via text. In person, she was just as cheery and knew we had a long drive so tried to get things going as fast as she could. We did wait a bit longer than we expected, especially for finance, as we were paying cash out the door, so no need for anything really but to sign papers. I know they were slammed when we came in Monday 10/16 however, it just made for a longer day than we anticipated with how in/out our transaction should have been. More

I had the factory 2 inch, TRD lift installed on my 2023 Tacoma. I explained to Josh that I wanted all my old parts. I did receive all the old bolts. After picking up the vehicle I requested a receipt that Tacoma. I explained to Josh that I wanted all my old parts. I did receive all the old bolts. After picking up the vehicle I requested a receipt that indicated what I was charged and an alignment report. I received the receipt only. I’m disappointed!! More
