My husband and I came into Corwin Toyota ready to buy a Toyota Tacoma as much on our terms as possible. We were greeted and referred to James O. who proceeded to listen first to what we had in mind and the Toyota Tacoma as much on our terms as possible. We were greeted and referred to James O. who proceeded to listen first to what we had in mind and then help us explore our options given availability and what we could order. James was clear in what our options were as well as any barriers (ex: price, color selection, packages etc). Were were tough customers because we had a specific 6' bed, 2 door style that is not popular. What we loved about James was his friendly approachable manner and his professionalism. He connected with us to gather our personal interests so to help us feel like we were going to get a truck that was tailored to our family specifically. Best of all, James responded to our spontaneous ideas and thinking outside of the box to make our dream truck more possible. James followed up with us by text when we feared there was not an option at Corwin. He afforded us the time to research while staying in well paced communication that facilitated our returning the next day to find the most perfect truck just for us! We felt our good fortune was not just about the dealership but also about good "juju" that we call a relationship with "Jimmy O." He is clearly a family oriented human that helps his customers feel welcome and #1 at Toyota. We are more than customers, we are fans! More
