Staff at Corwin are awesome! The salesman was patient with me and very helpful to configure exactly what I wanted in my new RAV4. I had several issues after the purchase, nearly all were on me. I need to learn new technologies and how drive a hybrid - very different from my old truck with a manual transmission. Corwin staff, again, were very patient with me and re-trained me on all aspects. I'm quite happy with this! I have had one service call and that has gone well too! Kim and Ed were very professional, the other gentleman whom I signed documents with tried to get me to finance an extended warranty. Professional, short waiting time, answered questions about suggested repair agenda. Since the item in question was repaired previously here (at Corwin Toyota), it was suggested not to do this repair to about suggested repair agenda. Since the item in question was repaired previously here (at Corwin Toyota), it was suggested not to do this repair to Tire Pressure Monitoring System again on my 2013 Rav 4. I was told that a fifth sensor had been programmed into my computer when there are but four. It seems it is impossible to get rid of the warning dash light.I spoke with sales and looked at the Tacoma and Tundra; and enjoyed a coffee with some Prius buyers. More
