She spoke directly to me despite my father being there with me- which I cannot say the same for the finance department. The man I worked with in finance spoke solely to my father and almost had his back completely turned to me, despite the fact that I was the person signing his check. I am a young woman, and this man apparently took that as I was undeserving of his attention and explanations. I was mortified with his behavior, and his actions would be the thing that would keep me from ever doing business with Corwin Toyota again. More

Not a pleasant experience. I went to test drive a Certified Pre Owned 4Runner I saw on their website. Loved the car and sat down with Kim to talk numbers. We agreed on a price I went to test drive a Certified Pre Owned 4Runner I saw on their website. Loved the car and sat down with Kim to talk numbers. We agreed on a price and completed all the paperwork. After Salk the paperwork was complete she disappeared for 20 minutes. Finally she comes back and tells me she screwed up and the price was actually going to be $1000 more. We go back and forth again.. come to a new agreement and fill all the paperwork out again. I am again left for an extended amount of time before a manager comes over and tells me there was ANOTHER mistake and the vehicle is actually not a certified pre owned vehicle and would not come with a warranty. BUT since they messed up they were gonna make up for it with a better extremes warranty. So they send me back to talk to John David (who was actually great just put in a bad situation) and they went on to tell me how they were going to “take car of me” by selling me a $4000 warrant for $3000. Not sure how that is making up for their 2 errors. I go to t walk and they continue to throw stuff at the wall until we did come to an agreement. I regret not walking on principle. I talk to Kim again and she apologizes. We come to a 3rd agreement and she agrees to hunt down a cargo mat for me since it was missing from the 4Runner. Pretty small ask after everything and probably cost then nothing ( was fine with a used one out of a different car) Well you can guess it.. went to pick up the car later that week and no mat. I text Kim today now that it’s been a few weeks and still nothing. The tune was “if we find one laying around, I’ll let you know.” The whole process was frustrating. They didn’t nothing to make up for their mistakes and still didn’t follow through with something as small as a mat. Would not do business here again and would not recommend. More
