I wasn't impressed that the fact they did not rotate my tires, when my service included a rotation. it's only when I got back to work I had noticed they did not rotate them. I had to bring the car back in tires, when my service included a rotation. it's only when I got back to work I had noticed they did not rotate them. I had to bring the car back in the next day to prove it, and indeed they did not rotate them. No one was really apologetic, in fact workers laughed when the mechanics name was mentioned. Was told to wait 20 min and about 40 min later my car was ready. All I got out of that was a free car wash. Always chalk your tires before getting them "rotated". I bought a package deal so unfortunately I have to use them again for my next oil change/rotation. Hope it goes better. More
