Had no idea I was going to be serviced at a construction site. The man that took my keys was unpleasant and came off rude. Poor signage/direction in the "advisor trailer". Finally someone made eye contact with me and got me checked in. The advisor didn't seem to know what services I needed for my Tacoma's 35K service. I made an appointment online and still waited 2 hours for a tire rotation. Probably will drive further to visit a different Toyota dealer next time. Overall, this was a very unorganized experience.
