I also expressed concern about the way the vehicle was driving in which he hopped behind the wheel of the vehicle and took me on a reckless ride jerking the vehicle back and forth unnecessarily reporting that the vehicle drove fine in his opinion. After the sale he sent me pics of where to find keys and the car instead of greeting me to hand me the keys personally although I drove over an hour to return to get the vehicle. The service is good, but you pay for it. It is on the highest side of the price range for the repair I needed. I gave it a 4-star rating because the communication could have been better. I was told they needed to order the parts and wouldn’t be in until Thursday or Friday. I was given the choice of leaving my car with them or returning when parts came in. I chose to leave it because I live in Broomfield and didn't want to make another trip to Boulder to drop off my car for service. I called the following Saturday to see how the repair was progressing. There was no one in the service department that day, so that I couldn't get an answer. I called the following Tuesday to see How was the repair going? I was told that they were still waiting for the parts to arrive. They expected them to arrive on Thursday morning or later Thursday afternoon. I called Saturday morning and was told my car would be ready around noon. My only complaint is that they could have done a better job keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair. I believe this could have been handled better with some automation. More
