I was impressed with the whole process. I expected to have to wait two weeks for an appointment and leave the car for the day. I had an appointment in April for a recall /warranty item. They called 15 minutes before appointment to say the part wasn’t in. We rescheduled for mid May. I had an 8am appointment and didn't get my car back until 6:30pm. Either the time to complete my work was under estimated or the tech was pulled for something else.
