We were on our way to purchase a used Toyota rav4 when we received a call that they had sold the car out from under us after saying it was ours. The staff in the service department appears to not care. I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. I have scheduled an appointment and my car has sat in their lot for over an hour before work I have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes. They will not honor recommendations by Toyota for vehicles driven in adverse conditions (dirt roads, extreme cold, etc). The waiting room is low standard compared to others I have been in. Now that my Toyota care is over I will be going to a different Toyota dealership. I have an extended warranty for door dings and they wouldn’t even look at it or recommend a place for me to go look at it. More

Corwin Toyota should have updated the electrical system while in neutral and updated the towing sensors. The tires that are on the truck were completely unbalanced and I had the worst drive home to Durango while in neutral and updated the towing sensors.
