As I’ve already said, I went to this dealer to get a tuneup on my car for 120,000 mile check up what is the line items was the spark plugs which were $463 to change out I bought the spark plugs for $25 tuneup on my car for 120,000 mile check up what is the line items was the spark plugs which were $463 to change out I bought the spark plugs for $25 and my son took a half an hour to put them in The next thing is the warranty on the battery that you sold me you charge me $50 on the warranty that I didn’t ask for for a 30 day warranty what kind of crooks do that anyway I want my $50 back. I called the dealership and I tried to talk to somebody both the service manager, and the general manager did not return my calls , I’m gonna be talking to nine news people. I also won’t be using it again. More

No communication on status of repairs. Our service manager Stephanie and the department manager Rudy repeatedly said they would call back and never returned our calls. We were without a vehicle for 2.5 weeks with no updates. I was told no loaner vehicle was available even though all work was covered under warranty.
