I did not realize how agreeing to some of those things were going to effect my loan. Final pricing needed to be clearer on the finance side. Luckily I was able to remove the most expensive stuff. Definitely ask about what is cancellable and what is not. I'm extremely happy with my car though! More
I tried to make a service appointment for 2 months - no one ever responded and I was told that the messages on their website don't actually make it to the dealership/service department itself. Finally got service and was asking about some of the recommendations - the service provider told me to just "read through the print out" and could not have been more patronizing. I needed to get picked up and waited 30 minutes outside for a ride. Their price for 3 new tires (and 4th for $1) was still more expensive than buying 4 new tires elsewhere. They don't care about you or your car and stretch service appts as long as possible to make more money. I tried to get in touch with my service provider for hours with questions and they never responded. I waited for awhile inside the dealership and there was a huge fight with men screaming at each other so I decided to leave since it seemed like it was escalating and it was making me uncomfortable.
