I was told that I would have a 20 minute wait for a shuttle when I made my appointment. When I arrived, this changed to 45 minutes, twice the time. I was trying to figure they shuttle timing with the shuttle when I made my appointment. When I arrived, this changed to 45 minutes, twice the time. I was trying to figure they shuttle timing with the service advisor. He seemed rather irritated that I needed a shuttle so quickly. I mentioned when I made the appointment that I had a Zoom call at 2 PM. And I told the service advisor about this too. I ended up having to cancel my Zoom call and reschedule it for another day. The service advisor did not have to get so irritated with me for trying to take a shuttle and get home in time to make my Zoom call. Had I known that there was going to be such and issue, I would have brought my laptop with me. I hope the next time that my service advisor will be nicer to me. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated. More

In August 2022, we were sold a Jeep Compass for $14,000 that is now (18 months later) not drivable without pouring thousands of dollars into it. We returned to the dealership in March 2024 to see what options might be available to help the situation. Ravi was great to work with and tried his best to help find a solution, but unfortunately there is no way out for my daughter but to have a nearly broken car and a $11K debt.
