Don't mention the 'routine maintenance 60k items' that I was apparently overdue for when I was last there for servicing 3 months previously. Then at 78k miles try to sell me $2k worth of maintenance that should have been done at 60k miles. Why didn't you guys do that before you sold a vehicle at 66k? And didn't mention that at time of sale or at the first maintenance appointment? Seems shady. Corwin has been shady from the day I bought the vehicle. I reported to BBB and still nothing to right wrongs on Corwin's behalf. More

Average I went there for an oil leak. Oil filter came loose because it was installed incorrectly. I made an 8 AM appointment so I could get in and out quickly. The oil change was relatively fast. Took over an hour to get the additional list of details needed. Once I selected four wheel alignment.
