Regular service was outstanding. However, I ordered ahead of time an OEM Dash Cam to be installed; I provided VIN to ensure the associated wire harness would be correct. After a long However, I ordered ahead of time an OEM Dash Cam to be installed; I provided VIN to ensure the associated wire harness would be correct. After a long time I inquired the status. I was told the normal maintenance was done but they ran into a problem on the dash cam and had the wrong harness and was told someone ran to Denver to get it and they would be back at 1pm and the work would be done in about 15 min once they have it. The guy did not get back from Denver till 4 pm and I was not updated on this delay. This was very poor and I would not recommend Corwin to have parts installed like this. Poor service! More
