Went to Corwin Toyota as service indicator was lit up on my dashboard. I had no appointment. I was greeted by a lady who said they would check my tires which is what was indicated. Adam came over and the my dashboard. I had no appointment. I was greeted by a lady who said they would check my tires which is what was indicated. Adam came over and they both checked all tires. My tire was way low on air and Adam said he would have tire checked out. He indicated it would take about an hour. Having no appointment, I thought that was a short time to wait. Fortunately the tire was fixed in about the time he indicated. Adam has been taking care of my truck for a couple of years now. He always has a smile on his face and keeps me up to date on any repairs or services that might be needed. Thanks again Adam! You're the best. More
Worst vehicle repair and diagnostic process I have ever been in, brought my truck in with problems accelerating typed in to their automated report problem system as " My truck has been losing power at 35 m been in, brought my truck in with problems accelerating typed in to their automated report problem system as " My truck has been losing power at 35 mph then it will reaccelerate but happens again at 45 mph need diagnostic of problem" etc. I got my truck to Corwin toyota after reseving spot online previous day. I met with Taylor who was polite and respectful (but definitely has alot on her plate). I told her what I had wrote and added that I had to put into 4 wheel drive to get it there because the anti swerve mechanism was kicking on. 2 mechanics looked and test drove my truck both said it had to be a transmission failure. Taylor called me and reported the info. I was skeptical asking if they knew the problem she told me that 2 head mechanics checked and felt the same after I said that I thought it was a fuel pump but I agreed that I'm not a mechanic and signed for the new transmission to be installed I need my truck. 2 months later after only a couple updates started from me reaching out to ask the status of my tuck because I didn't have a second vehicle to myself only a work truck available to me and sharing my wifes van for personal use, we finally had the transmission in. I was delighted and gave the go ahead for install after a few days I was given a call and informed that it was not a transmission problem and that they didn't know what it was so they would look into it. At this point I am very angry and frustrated but trying to continue to be polite and reasonable. Saying that I can't pay for a transmission I didn't need after a few more days of no contact I go in to find out what's going on I see my truck in the parking lot go in talk to Taylor who was informed it was being worked on as we were speaking she gets her manager who comes out very apogwyoc saying "sometimes these things happen" I tell him I understand and let him know I need my truck back a few days pass Taylor reaches out to me and Informs me my truck is ready to go and all costs would be covered because of the mistake that put my old transmission back in and did all the service request for free including brakes oil change and original problem a rotor that was causing a sensor to trigger trucks antiswerve mechanism. I was very grateful took the truck home joyous. The next day at the end of work my tuck wouldn't start feeling it could have been something Corwin mechanics didn't hook up right I called Taylor she sent a tow truck and they checked it out saying I needed a new started by this point I had lost all trust in Corwin Toyota and called.my own tow truck and took it to elite. Got a new starter and now have been feeling transmission slip. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. More

There were unexpected costs throughout the whole process, and many times, the information they provided was not thorough nor transparent. Before they talk you into the crystal fusion windshield protection, don't let them scare you by telling you that your insurance company's glass coverage doesn't cover the re-calibration costs. We paid $1,490 for this protection when signing the purchase documents because they told us that insurance companies don't cover the re-calibration. After we got our vehicle, we found out from our insurance company that our insurance will indeed cover the full cost of windshield replacement AND re-calibration. That was a $1,490 expense that we didn't need. Buyer beware! More
