My experience was AMAZING! !! I walked in and was helped right away, Robert knew the car I wanted and instantly went to get the keys, to make sure I would be able to test drive !! They fixed the screwups caused by the world's worst sales person, Jim Johring, apologized for his incompetence, performance of the Sales department. Bought a new 2022 4runner and have some squeaking noise coming from the driver side when I drive over speed bump and dips. Took it back to service and they couldn't find the problem.
