I bought a 2021 Toyota 4runner premium from Dan in April 2021. At this time there were very few 4runners for sale in Denver/Castle Rock/Colorado Springs area. I first contacted Dan via email asking about av 2021. At this time there were very few 4runners for sale in Denver/Castle Rock/Colorado Springs area. I first contacted Dan via email asking about availability of a specific color and feature package. They did not have one in stock so Dan indicated he would contact me if one become available. Dan contacted me a couple days later indicating they are getting one in a day and asked if I was still interested. Dan indicated there were 5 people on the list and he offered me first chance at it! I arrived early the next day and took it out for a test drive. The speedometer had less than 10 miles on it so I knew I was the first one. After the test drive, I signed the papers. I transferred the money over to Larry Miller in a couple days and drove it home. I love the new features and how it performs. This replaced my old 1998 4runner which served me well for 23+ years! Not only did I get what I wanted, I was highly impressed by Dan's assistance throughout the purchase process. My last experiences in purchasing a new vehicle back in the 1980's and 1990's left me with a bad experience given the dealers were aggressive and misrepresented the vehicles (lied about things). Not so with Dan. Dan was very helpful and answered all my questions and at no times tried to push anything on me. Thanks Dan!!! More

Buyer Beware! If you want a clean car, do not go here. We purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Liberty Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle it was not clean, but we were assured if we closed on the deal, it purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Liberty Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle it was not clean, but we were assured if we closed on the deal, it would be detailed in time for us to take it home that day. We live an hour away so we offered to come back for the vehicle because buying a clean car is important to us. In all of our years of buying cars, we have never seen one left so dirty. They must have done a quick vacuum and spray so it seemed fine as we excitedly drove home with our new car. Over the next few days, I started finding more and more dirt, dust, and pet hair throughout the van; as well as the previous owners belongings and food and pet stains. I know Toyota has a good reputation so I reached out, hoping they would make things right. They offered for us to bring the van back to the dealership an hour away, and they would detail the vehicle. So since we are a family of 5, my husband arranged to take it back and waited for 4 hours for them to fog the vehicle with chemicals which has been an even more disgusting smell than the pet smells. They still didn’t bother to clean, vacuum, wipe down, shampoo ANYTHING! Slowly, I have done the work myself, because we do not want anything to do with this business ever again and cannot afford a professional detail at the moment. Also, we have excellent credit and they didn’t bother doing any work to find us a good rate, but just did the bare minimum to get us out the door. We were short on time for the test drive, but offered over and over to come back and finish the deal. So now we have to do more work ourselves to get refinanced at a rate we qualify for. We really wanted the van and wanted to have a good experience. Unfortunately they just wanted our business and didn’t care how they treated us! Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your business. More

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I bought this truck from the Larry H. Miller Ford agency in Lakewood, Colorado. While my initial purchasing experience was satisfactory, I purchased a lifeti this truck from the Larry H. Miller Ford agency in Lakewood, Colorado. While my initial purchasing experience was satisfactory, I purchased a lifetime powertrain warranty. I went to utilize the warranty last year during the middle of COVID (June 2020), and it took them over 4 weeks to repair my truck. I found this to be very disheartening as they were just trying to ship it to and from dealerships to save themselves money at the expense of my time. Ultimately, this affected me getting my car back and using it. It wasn't until 1 week from getting my truck back that they offered a rental car for me "troubles." Fast forward to June 2021. I drove an additional 10-15,000 miles on the car and my check engine light came back on. I took it in, they sent it to 3 different dealerships, went back and forth with the warranty, kept my truck for over another month. When they finally told me what was wrong with it, they said it was a known spark plug issue and not covered by the warranty. I am not upset that it wasn't covered, but they over a month to determine it was a known Ford issue. This is the second time in a calendar year. Again, no offer of a rental car. At the end of the day, Larry H. Miller Group has no value for my time or my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it still had the check engine light. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership to buy a vehicle. To top it off, my intention was to sell my vehicle before I had the issue. Because they have kept my vehicle for a "known vehicle issue" for over a month, my vehicle has depreciated $1,000 for the KBB Instant Cash Offer. This dealership is despicable. More
