Well I have purchased 2 4runners from Corwin Toyota and everything was great. one small issue with the second 4Runner was that there was a small hole in the 2nd row head rest that was now visible because e everything was great. one small issue with the second 4Runner was that there was a small hole in the 2nd row head rest that was now visible because electrical tape was put over it to match everything. We in the hot sun it started to heat the glue and it started falling off. Well I wish that could of been fixed before we bought it. More

After purchasing a used car at this “authentic” dealership it feels more like a buy here pay here. After discovering serious issues with my 2018 Toyota Highlander within 48 hours of purchase, incl dealership it feels more like a buy here pay here. After discovering serious issues with my 2018 Toyota Highlander within 48 hours of purchase, including a rodent infestation and extensive wiring damage, I expected to be met with professionalism and accountability. Instead, JR was dismissive, denied any responsibility, and could barely make eye contact. He was more focused on his phone and computer than actually listening to a customer who had just spent a significant amount of money at this dealership. This is not how you treat someone dealing with a vehicle that should never have been sold in the condition it was in. I hope management takes a hard look at how their team handles situations like this, because JR’s attitude made a terrible situation even worse. More
