I recently had a frustrating experience with the service center at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for a simple blinker light replacement, which was supposed to be a courtesy since I had just pu center at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for a simple blinker light replacement, which was supposed to be a courtesy since I had just purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, things went wrong from the start. First, I had to reschedule my appointment because the blinker housing was broken. No big deal, things happen, so I moved to the next scheduled date. Then, I was told they weren’t supposed to schedule me for that day at all, which caused another delay. On my third attempt, the blinker light actually broke while the mechanic was installing it. This is when things really started to feel frustrating. To make matters worse, I also had a check engine light issue. When I called to add it to the appointment, I was told I’d need to visit an actual Jeep dealership for that issue, which ended up costing me for both the check engine diagnostic and the blinker replacement (which was supposed to be free as part of the purchase). Overall, the experience has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. It feels like a lack of coordination and care on their part, and I ended up paying more than I had expected due to repeated mistakes. I hope they improve their service and communication in the future. More

Marcus Curry is a very respectable advisor. Coming in for just a rotation, he was able to educate me on my car's servicing needs and showed me the benefits of keeping the car up to date. Brought my car in for an oil service and found my airbox lid was not latched and sitting up about 1/2 inch after driving 150 miles after checking when I thought something didn't sound right. They text me the picture of the air filter and found the problem after the service. It could've destroyed my engine. Mechanics need to have a double check on items when they remove it. More
