They sold me a car that hadn’t even been through the shop and inspected. I’m had it checked out at another dealership and it had loose lug nuts and one was even missing! This is illegal, by the way. Took it back and they fixed most things, but it is still jerking when I drive and making weird noises. I would NEVER recommend this place. More

This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Corwin. I always bring them back for my oil changes. I was very unhappy with my experience this time. I was notified I had a nail in my time through text & t I always bring them back for my oil changes. I was very unhappy with my experience this time. I was notified I had a nail in my time through text & the tire pressure was very low. They didn’t even put air in my tire that was low. There was oil from the workers shoes on my cream colored interior floorboard. I had to get a special cleaner to clean it up. They didn’t reset the oil change & tire rotation sensor after the service. I had to go back in & ask for that to be reset. I have also always received a Carwash after my services or was given a coupon for a free car wash if it was raining during my service. This time I did not get either. When my car was completed I received my papers from the worker who had put his coat on & was ready to leave. I felt like everything was rushed instead of taking their time to provide good service. I have always had great service at Corwin, but this time the service was terrible!! More
