Please note from the start; this is not a review of our salesperson. He was excellent. This review has to do with the paperwork afterwards. Approximately 2 1/2 weeks after everything was finalized, we were salesperson. He was excellent. This review has to do with the paperwork afterwards. Approximately 2 1/2 weeks after everything was finalized, we were called and told we needed to come sign the title, as this wasn't completed. We went down on a Friday and after much searching, they were unable to locate it and the best minds there determined it must have been sent directly to the DMV. We were informed they would locate it and let us know what they would do to take care of us. The following Monday a message was left on our home phone that it was located at the front desk, that they were sorry, and could we come down and sign it so it could be sent. My wife and I have 1 week now to try to get down there, again, to sign, hopefully, the title and get to the DMV before the intransit tags expire. I have not dealt with this level of incompetence in a long time! What's even worse, all I get is "sorry". "Sorry" does not even begin to take care of this issue. If I could have given a lower rating, I would have. More
