Bill Borchers was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking/test driving and choosing the right car for me. Artour was ok at best but there's some rude folks at corwin. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by being there. Last 2 visits I felt this way. By a landslide the worst car repair experience I've had. I spent many unnecessary hours in the waiting room on multiple occasions with the part not being in (was not contacted to let me know the part wasn't I spent many unnecessary hours in the waiting room on multiple occasions with the part not being in (was not contacted to let me know the part wasn't in yet) to the wrong part shipped to a defective part shipped.... all to find out it wasn't that party that was the issue, THEN, they give me a loaner car on the day they figured out what the problem actually was and the guy gave me SOMEONE ELSES CAR!!! I had to go back up and bring that poor persons car back and get my actual loaner. It was a nightmare. More

Dissatisfied. With the amount of time it took to get our car when we went in to purchase it they told us it would be a couple weeks turned out to be nine weeks and With the amount of time it took to get our car when we went in to purchase it they told us it would be a couple weeks turned out to be nine weeks and so was somewhat disappointed in how long it took to complete this process, but Shaun, our agent that dealt with us was very good.
