He is has an easy going fun and humerous, demeanor which is very appreciated as buying a vehicle can be a stressful event. He is an absolute joy to buy a car from. I liked the no pressure to get the additional repairs/services and that it all comes through your phone/link. Their waiting area is also amazing with a lot of drinks and seated areas with nice ba repairs/services and that it all comes through your phone/link. What was a little upsetting is that it took 2 hours with an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation. More
