I bought the car with an agreement that Toyota would fix bleeding shoc Always a great experience. This last time customer service was not the great. I drop my car off to Toyota on March 9th and picked it up on the following Sunday March 16th after multiple attempts to find out if my car was done. Come to fine out that none of the work was done. Here I am today trying to bring back to Toyota and hopefully it will get done soon. More

Please think twice before shopping here. I communicated with Corwin via email regarding the vehicle I was looking to purchase. We agreed on a price of the specific vehicle. When I met with the salesperson, I was informed they did not have the vehicle we agreed upon. The salesperson informed me, the car we agreed upon was being built. He said, they had one car that was similar. No one from Corwin informed me the car was being built, or the car would not be available at our agreed upon date and time. All the salesperson would say, No worries, no worries. Obviously, the salesperson's tactic was to sell me a car on the lot. This tactic (some would say is considered, bait and switch). I walk away from the salesperson to the reply of, Have a good day. More
