Very unsafe environment and dont have vehicles advertised After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 After speaking with "Drew" for a few days. Set up appt to test drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. i text and let him know we were on our way. We drove 70 miles and were assured they still had the vehicle. Upon arrival was greeted by sales person not masked. At the dealership observed not one employee or customer was wearing a mask. Also no one was 6 ft distancing. Believe there was probably 50-75 employees and customers within this large room. Omaha and Nebraska is spiking with the Covid virus. After much confusion...Was seated a adesk of young woman (who went to get a mask on) and was told "Drew" was actually off today. But someone else could help me. OK...then was told told by another salesman (again unmasked and no distancing) the vehicle was sold that morning. Come on people you can do better than that?? Customer service and no respect for their employees or customers. More

Salesman was phenomenal but the management at the dealership left a sour taste when they wanted us to return the vehicle to the dealership a week later to retrieve a 399 dollar pulse light they think dealership left a sour taste when they wanted us to return the vehicle to the dealership a week later to retrieve a 399 dollar pulse light they think they left on the vehicle. Needless to say the dealership was told no and the vehicle didn’t even have the piece installed. Salesman should go work for a better dealership where his bosses don’t put him to the screws like this. More
Two weeks to get a response Toyota rep Teresa Crawford recommended this dealership for our fleet needs. I have emailed and called to no avail. then finally I get an email from Fr Toyota rep Teresa Crawford recommended this dealership for our fleet needs. I have emailed and called to no avail. then finally I get an email from Francis Borts (whom is the one I have been trying to contact) stating that they tried to call 4 times and left messages in which I have a secretary and she said that she got nothing and my cell phone had no messages from him so not sure who he trying to say he contacted. I am looking for a Toyota dealership to conduct business with but I am not willing to risk reliability and if this is happening before we even have a chance to purchase any units from Toyota what will it be like if we do become a partner. After my last email he finally had one rep contact me and then I never heard from him again then he had a second rep reach out finally sending some info over. If wanting our business is any interest please let's make it happen but if not then you are on the right path. Thanks, John Paynter More
