Bought a used vehicle and found the shock leaking that night and oil was there for some time it wasn’t fresh, even though they said they did a multi point inspection. I also got the extended warranty so night and oil was there for some time it wasn’t fresh, even though they said they did a multi point inspection. I also got the extended warranty so i was going to have it done after that was activated, and if they didn’t cover it, they were going to just take care of it, well the finance manager i worked with left to a different dealer. Anyways it costed an additional 335 because the vehicle had a leveling kit that i wasn’t aware of, they did cover the deductible but i worked as a ase mechanic at ford in the past and even if we came across something like this the dealer would have just covered it, since i was told the truck wasn’t on the lot very long, the truck otherwise was in mint condition, i was treated well over all, i just think they should’ve covered the additional cost. Because they were going to replace free of charge even if the warranty didn’t cover it. More
