Thought I would get in and out quickly. Took an hour for an oil change on Saturday. This was a scheduled appointment. Two cars in front of me when I arrived. Plus I never received a sticker on my window showing when I need to bring my car back. Just thought it would be a quick in and out. Lost two hours out of my day. Should have dropped off car the night before and picked it up when completed like I do at other oil change locations. More

The experience with my sales rep, Andrew, was amazing. I was able to look at cars quick and easy and get going within the same week. I had a harder time with the finance department, when signing through p I was able to look at cars quick and easy and get going within the same week. I had a harder time with the finance department, when signing through paperwork there was not much explanation being done about what I would be financing. There was an added cost that I was not aware of which about doubled what I was expecting to be financing and at no point was I told that fee had been added. Throughout the sale, I was pushed to sign papers and did not have a chance to read any - leading to me financing more than expected as my finance amount was never explicitly said to me. More

Service was very cold and took a long time to get the extra things that they agreed on with the purchase. We closed Sept 13. and I just finally received the item on March 3 😁 I also mentioned to Jordon extra things that they agreed on with the purchase. We closed Sept 13. and I just finally received the item on March 3 😁 I also mentioned to Jordon that my daughter's lease was up in a few months but he did nothing about contacted us. We have purchased money vehicle within the years and that will change. We found another Toyota that we are so happy with so they will get all sales moving forward. We have tried to get ahold of the general manager at Corwin and have never heard from him. All in all just very poor customer service. More
