DJ Elliott, our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and checked in periodically but never pressured us into buying. We also appreciate the dealer sending someone to drive out to our house at no extra cost, even though we live way outside their target area. The only quibble is the manager and finance manager did not follow up in the time period I was given. I only heard back after following up myself. During the financing, things got a little confusing with the extra add-ons. The person we worked with was newer to the role. But the finance manager and DJ helped clear up remaining questions and assured us we didn’t have to opt into some of the last-minute extra features or warranties. Overall it was a very positive experience! We did this 100 percent remotely until the car showed up on our driveway. More
