Above and beyond my expectations I just leased my second vehicle from Corwin Toyota and they have cemented my loyalty to their dealership. Both times I have gone in there with a less than ideal budget, minimal wiggle room, and a need for a vehicle seemingly out of my price range...both times I’ve driven off the lot with my first choice. I don’t have the word limit thank them for their excellent customer service, but they will take care of you! More

Worst Customer service ever! I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership before, They are very nice when you are there but after you purchase a vehicle from them the custo I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership before, They are very nice when you are there but after you purchase a vehicle from them the customer service is no longer exists. I never heard from them after the sale. I had an issue with my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. I contacted Nick about the issue and was told it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were ALL BUSY. I never heard from anyone. I finally had to call Toyota Customer relations an open a claim with them. It tool two phone call to them before anyone at Corwin Toyota called me back and we finally got the issued resolved after 3 weeks. I still have not heard from Nick or a manager. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
