My car was serviced on 10-14-2025 to have the radio replaced from warranty. The service was quick and I had my keys back within reasonable time. When I got into the car I noticed a cut in my dash to th replaced from warranty. The service was quick and I had my keys back within reasonable time. When I got into the car I noticed a cut in my dash to the lower-right of my radio that was not there prior. I immediately went back inside to address this issue. They took a photo of the cut and stated that 'It is not included in warranty. I know you can tell its from the trim removal tools from their tech replacing the dash.' They would have the service manager reach out by the end of the day to see how they could resolve this issue to make it right with me. I called back the next day as a follow up since i had yet to hear from them they stated he should be reaching out by the end of the day again if not for sure next morning. It has now been 4 days since the incident and I have yet to hear from them. More
