Went for electric problems for a '11 Sienna bought from Corwin Chrysler. Learned the hard way that dealers don't inspect and pry on naive customers like me. Anyway it cost me 2500+ to get alternator, batte Corwin Chrysler. Learned the hard way that dealers don't inspect and pry on naive customers like me. Anyway it cost me 2500+ to get alternator, battery and change plugs. Picked up the car and drove away, an hour later I have a bunch of codes, running rough and stalling. Next day I call "Saturday" told of course I can come in which I do just to be told in person that they can't do anything until Monday -they could have told me over the phone but where is the fun in that Monday comes (after 3 days of lost peak income) and I go in, several hours later it turns out that some sensor was loose. Technician didn't really put it back together right in the first time. Until now I still feel something is wrong with the car but I can't tell what it is, it just doesn't feel right if that makes sense. No matter what, never visiting again (except for the oil change that I already paid) I have nothing personal against the gentlemen I dealt with, they were extra kind and accommodating but the experience itself was bad More

Quick to sell a vehicle but loves haggling about things no other dealership has ever given a second thought to. I’ve bought two vehicles from Corwin and both times things haven’t went smoothly. Matt McBride and Erik are quite honestly the only professional employees that work at this dealership. I would highly recommend figuring out why so many of the employees have such huge egos and push their weight around. More
