I just bought my new Toyota Highlander and I field everyone was there friendly but as a new car buyer, I felt that things could’ve been explained a little bit more especially the special price that wa everyone was there friendly but as a new car buyer, I felt that things could’ve been explained a little bit more especially the special price that was added, which was about $4000. Most people dread the finance office because there usually is a lot of pressure to purchase extended warranties and such. We usually say no to everything, but because there was no pressure, and it didn't feel like he was actually trying to sell us, simply being informative (which is what made the finance guy (Matt I think his name was) a great salesman) we chose a couple things to add to the vehicle. Will return next time we are looking for a vehicle! More

The service Center is great! Efficient, good communicating regarding options and service. However, we are super dissatisfied with a used car that was sold to us at Corwin Toyota Efficient, good communicating regarding options and service. However, we are super dissatisfied with a used car that was sold to us at Corwin Toyota September 2023. Within 4-5 months we had to have multiple repairs done to the tune of $1500-2000--not things that are the result of wear-and-tear or rough driving. Somethings had to be fixed twice--not impressed with them deciding what needed to be done to the care b efore selling it! They either do a shoddy job of inspecting the cars they take in or they fix it just enough to sell it. Not impressed! We won't be buying a car from Corwin Toyota again! More
