We have bought more than one vehicle from this dealership, so obviously we like it. We got lucky with a great salesman this time who made the process so much better than previous times. I do think communication between the different departments needs to be improved which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. We had a couple occasions where this was supposed to happen, but that department didn't know or forgot and it delayed things. Communication seems to be lacking as a whole. More

It was a delightful experience. Didn't feel pressured in anyway and he made us comfortable as we waited for the paperwork. And how nice it was to drive home with a freshly washed car full of gas.
