We were in about 3 weeks ago and purchased 2 used vehicles. We still very much like the vehicles, but are a little disheartened. We were told by our salesman that before we left the lot that our was vehicles. We still very much like the vehicles, but are a little disheartened. We were told by our salesman that before we left the lot that our washer fluid would be filled and the tires were low on both vehicles and that they would be filled and neither of these things happened. On the one vehicle we purchased the rear passenger tire kept leaking air and when I took it in the found a nail in the tire and the tire sensor was actually broken off on the inside of the tire. Also, on this same vehicle it must not have been cleaned inside as we ended up vacuuming out the prior owners dog hair and when we removed the bottom back seat to put seat covers o. We found rotting milk, melted sticky sucker and toys stuck in the sucker. While I know used vehicles are bought as is I feel these are thi gs that should have been found prior to our purchase and leaving the lot. More

Brandt Wilson reached out to me last night after the dealership was closed after I messaged about a vehicle. I was so impressed that he did that. We worked with Steve Kleven during the purchasing process. He was very informative and showed us how to work different things in the truck. Mike helped us with the financial part of the sale. He explained all the options that we could add or not add. We also spoke with a gentleman (Derek?) about all the bells and whistles on the truck. Everything went so smooth and appreciated all the professionalism by all the staff from the moment we stepped into Corwin. The front desk lady was very nice as well. Thank you!! More

Made the purchase of a vehicle so stressful just an awful experience. They give a high trade price in order to get a deposit contract than low ball your trade after signing I felt bullied into purchasing in experience. What they do has to be illegal. More
