I arrived for the service on my vehicle and checked in with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car be with the service department. To me this seems like having the part before you schedule the customer is a no brainer. Very disappointed that I drove 20 miles for nothing. More
