My Sales Consultant, Marty Katz, was extremely delightful to work with - and VERY thorough; he spent a great deal of time walking me through all the car's attributes, especially the new technology and safety features that make Cadillac a solid brand. He was also patient and informative as we reviewed 5 fine cars throughout the afternoon, eventually narrowing it down to a solid choice.
