I appreciated the time and effort he took to get me into financing; my credit lacked so he tried all options. It took a whole day of effort on his part by showing me all cars and getting his associates to figure out my best financing options. I left with a great used vehicle (2006 Buick Rendezvous) and was given a great trade-in price on my back east (from Michigan) used Cadillac. I recommend you contact Bill; he's the best. More

I live in El Paso, TX, and saw a pre-owned truck that absolutely caught my attention at their dealership in Phoenix, AZ. The process from the very first call I made all the way to the driving out of the dealership with my truck was a very pleasant experience. I flew in to Phoenix and Mr. Bill Jurczak picked me up from the airport. After arriving at the dealership, I test drove the truck and stepped into his office. A very friendly and professional, Mr. Mike Kemp, not only explained what my payments will be like, but gave me some financial advice on loan payments. Since the truck I bought is pre-owned, there was an aftermarket television/dvd player system that was added by the truck's previous owner. After I got back in my home-town, this system was not working. I immediately spoke to Mr. Bill Jurczak and the dealership was very cooperative in fixing this system. I was able to take my truck to an audio place here in El Paso, TX and the dealership took care of all the repair expenses. Furthermore, Mr. Bill Jurczak has been more than helpful in trying to contact the previous owner for the owner's manual and warranty on several other aftermarket systems added by the previous owner.
