Deborah Niles, provided amazing service and worked very hard for us; she went above and beyond. After the painful and disrespectful experience we had Dean Cooper, we nearly permanently black-listed Coulte hard for us; she went above and beyond. I only go to Coulter for all of my automotive service needs for my Cadillac. I have always been pleased with the service I've received. Today unfortunately my car broke down very close to the Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a Coulter Cadillac dealership. However I was fortunate enough to speak with Edward Stralko with regards to my car troubles, and even though I was not a paying customer or Cadillac owner, Mr. Stralko went above and beyond to assist me. He was extremely professional and courteous, and not only did he provide me with pertinent and helpful information, but he also took it upon himself to ensure that my car was towed to my local dealership so that I could go to work. My morning would have been exponentially more stressful had Mr. Stralko not helped me. The fact that he went to so much trouble to help a non-paying customer speaks volumes to his character. All service starts with John Thaxton, our service representative, who has become more of a very good acquaintance than just a customer service rep. This time our needs were for body work as I had an altercation with a concrete curb which badly damaged the lower portion of the right rear door. John introduced me to Patrick Sullivan who in turn introduced me to Amy Mulstay, a body shop advisor. Her estimate was below what I had expected. The work was done in a timely fashion and was perfect, both to the actual body work and to the matching of the paint color.
