I signed her contract gave her a check and was on my way. I tracked down Ed to thank him and when i said thank you he told that was his job to see that i was satisfied. I had such a great experience with Coulter Cadillac particularly with Glenn Hieser. From the initial call (after my internet search) to the last dealings today 30 or more days after purchase the custom particularly with Glenn Hieser. TRY THAT WITH ANOTHER DEALER!!!!I would certainly not have done so if the treatment I received was not exceptional. I hate most auto dealers and have never purchased a used car from one. The experience I had was a view changer at least from Glenn and his teams perspective. Not only did I get call backs when I need them but I did not get the high pressure annoying calls from someone bugging as with other dealers. He kept me updated by email and phone throughout the process and made sure that everything was perfect once the car arrived. When I have questions about bluetooth or any of the other functions of my car, he responds promptly. He also schedules all of my service and ensures that a loaner car is available and waiting when I arrive for my appointment. He is currently working with me on two cars for family members. From the time I walked on the lot he went out of his way to see that I was satisfied and happy every step of the way. At no time did I ever feel pressued or intimidated. Joe also went out of his way to see that I saw two gentlemen, whose names escape me,that were responsible for completing the transaction and rebalancing the tires on the vehicle. These folks were also very interested in ensuring that I was imediately taken care of and that I was satisfied with my car buying experience.
