The wheels were stolen off my Escalade after the criminals disarmed the alarm system. Bob Westerholm, who I worked with the most, and John Jury were working with me to prevent the disarming in the criminals disarmed the alarm system. Over two years ago, I had repairs done to my vehical due to a rear end collision. Shortly after the repairs were completed, I was transfered to the Dallas area. After a very rainy week I noticed that my tru to a rear end collision. Shortly after the repairs were completed, I was transfered to the Dallas area. After a very rainy week I noticed that my trunk had a foul smell and discovered almost 1/2" of water had collected in my spare wheel well. I called Robert and he assured me that my repairs were guarenteed. When I returned to Phoenix area, I brought my vehical back to Coulter and they made it RIGHT! I highly recommend them. Robert feels like family. More
