Excellent Customer Service is a major reason I've been a client of Coulter Cadillac since 1990, as is illustrated by this example. When I returned a leased vehicle at the end of its lease several weeks ago I encountered an issue with the leasing company (not with Coulter) concerning that vehicle. Roger Farney, Coulter Sales Representative, offered his assistance in addressing the problem and initiated communication with appropriate people at the leasing company that resulted in swift, satisfactory resolution of the issue. I greatly appreciated Roger's efforts on my behalf. This is only one example of the importance of Custiomer Service I have experienced at Coulter Cadillac over many years as their client, both in the sales and service departments. That philosophy makes doing business with Coulter Cadillac easy! More
