I caused a minor bumper-to-bumper collission with a friend's car. Fortunately, it was covered by my insurance under a "Good Driver" program, so my premiums won't go up. He even offered to deliver the car and paperwork to my office. He very patiently showed me how to work all of the car's controls and nav system. When Ed had access to ACE he always kept our membership updated on parts and service that Coulter Cadillac could provide, and since he spent the time to help when needed many members still recommend Coulter Cadillac when someone asks. But now with Ed's limited access to ACE there are less recommendations everytime. I will return to Coulter Cadillac for my automotive needs in the future, with employees like Ed there it changes the whole dealership experience into something to look forward too. More
